The developer's brochure publishes four models, all of them 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms: Caoba at 210 m², Kira at 424 m², Roble at 485 m², and Teca at 525 m².
Two things to hold lightly. The developer states 5 km and 7 minutes to Playa Venao; the route measures 13.5 km and about 15 minutes. And the beach-access claim is unresolved — the developer describes direct access, the selling broker advertises ocean-view lots, and no source names the beach.
