Vervana.
Vervana is a two-phase development on Achotines Bay, the cove immediately east of Playa Venao that locals call La Playita. The legal entity is Achotines Bay Development Corp.; it is developed by Chagres Capital and Valor Development, with architecture by Taller Alberto Calleja.
Phase I, MARE, is 20 beachfront condominiums, described by the developer as under construction and coming in 2027. Phase II, TEMPLO, is 24 units — condominiums, penthouses and villas — breaking ground in 2027. Villa Aire sits stacked above Villa Tierra; they are not detached houses.
On the beach: the developer describes it as secluded, and it is. It is not private, and cannot be — no beach in Panama can be privately owned. The 22-metre ribera de playa on the Pacific coast is state domain and coastal developments must provide public access.
